Inspection of Mettler Toledo products to demonstrate the variety of systems

At next month’s Interphex, Mettler Toledo Product Inspection will showcase its new X34C X-ray inspection system for pharmaceutical blister packs and pouches, which features a compact footprint of just 28 inches (700 mm) in length for easy line integration. The X34C delivers precise performance while operating at exceptionally high speeds of up to 400 feet (120 meters) per minute. Also on display will be the T16 manual multi-aggregation system, part of Mettler Toledo’s new line of integrated marking and verification solutions, designed to help manufacturers add serialization and aggregation to their production lines to product safety and compliance requirements. Combining a high-resolution camera and advanced software algorithms, the semi-automatic T16 captures and verifies product codes on serialized cartons and aggregates them with a single click. Mettler Toledo’s new load cell, FlashCell™, will be demonstrated at Interphex on a C35 AdvancedLine checkweigher. With peak throughputs of up to 800 packages per minute, FlashCell enables product manufacturers and contract packers to process product faster and reduce product loss. Mettler Toledo checkweighers with FlashCell feature a small footprint, allowing customers to better fit their equipment in limited floor space. The metal detector on display will be a Tablex-Pro system, ideal for inspecting tablets and capsules. It offers ultra-high frequency operation and enhanced noise and vibration immunity to achieve exceptional detection sensitivity. With an easy-to-use color touchscreen, fail-safe reject design and reject confirmation, the Tablex-Pro is a reliable, field-proven solution.
